- Pour half cup hot water over two teaspoons dried basil, steep for 15 mins, then strain and drink.

In a NASA-funded study, scientist found that the scent of peppermint or cinnamon can ease your agony. They monitored the emotional responses of 25 people during various simulated driving scenarios and found that peppermint lowered anxiety by 20 %, while cinnamon decreased frustration by 25% as well as increase alertness by 30%.

Cinnamon - Heal Cut - Sprinkle some powder on small cut after they've washed thoroughly.
